Success Stories

The Take Five Training was very beneficial for us to take a different look at how we recruit and retain volunteers.  As a governmental organization, it can be difficult to find volunteers who are not only qualified, but can be retained after we spend time and resources to train them.  This program was informative and provided us with several key concepts we have implemented to enhance our volunteers base.

I want to tell you how much my staff and I appreciated the Take FIVE Training you shared with our team. In a time when finding good help is such a challenge, your training really helped us refocus our approach to how we were handling volunteers. I’m happy to tell you, with absolutely no exaggeration, that after taking your class, my staff and I have been able to recruit 13 new volunteers! We are receiving more interest weekly and developing quite a team. The amount of work this lifts from the shoulders of my staff is hard to put a dollar value on and the stress it relieves is of even greater value. To acquire these kinds of results in less than two months is more than we could have hoped for and worth every penny we invested.

If anyone is holding you at arm’s length, trying to decide if your class would be worth their time, please tell them that I said the longer they wait the more they will regret not allowing their organization to Take FIVE sooner.  Thanks again!

I really enjoyed Janet's approach and found the information very insightful. I am eager to institute what I have learned with our volunteers.  Very positive and super helpful! I will definitely be referring this workshop to other groups that will find it so helpful.
